Installation Instructions

iPhone

  1. Visit this site from your mobile device.
  2. Click this link to download the iPhone version of the app.
  3. When prompted click "Install".
  4. The app should then download and install automatically.
  5. Once it has finished downloading, click on the app to start it.
  6. Enter your New Earth ID# (available in the Online Office along the right hand side), your password, make sure "Remember me" is checked, click Login and start using your New Earth app!
  7. For future use be sure to put the app on the main screen of your phone for easy access.

Android

  1. Visit this site from your mobile device.
  2. Click this link to download the Android version of the app.
  3. When prompted click "Accept" to accept all app access/permission settings.
  4. The app should then download and install automatically.
  5. Once it has finished downloading, click "Open" to start the app.
  6. Enter your New Earth ID# (available in the Online Office along the right hand side), your password, make sure "Remember me" is checked, click Login and start using your New Earth app!
  7. For future use be sure to put the app on the main screen of your phone for easy access.
